"Kali. Around here i am known as Mira Holimaur. It is easier than giving my real name." She began to explain as she pulled into a driveway. The house was not large but a good size. She turned the engine off and leaned into the seat.
"Why are you so interested?" Kali sighed and looked over at him. She didn't even bother to look at his eyes. Her own hidden by the dark sunglasses she wore. This man was not anything she'd been around before. Even before her world was destroyed.

Reako looked at her when she gave her real name then her alias, he looked almost the instant she said her alias,"It is odd, because I was starting to think you were of a clan of people who live long ago, but out of curiosity where did you hear that name," he asked now more curious as to where she heard the name now that he knew she wasn't of his bloodline.
the reverse cros over his left eyes and on the back of his left hand was visible, because his gloves had no backs to them," and just so you get your answer about my curiousity, my name is Reako Maurill Holimaur," he said lifting his head slightly his soft white blue eyes were seemingly shinging of their own light a gold seemingly pulsing withing his irises every so often though it was faint she would be able to see it if she focused.

She shrugged casually, looking away from him. "When i was mortal, i heard it in whispers. The clan had disappeared. A group of mages i believe they were." When she looked over at him, she stopped. Kali was taken back by his eyes. The symbols on his hand and face.
A hand reached up to trace the markings. Fingers moving lightly over his skin. "S-so you are from the clan that vanished? Ho-how? It happened over a hundred years before i was even born." She looked up at him. "What are you?"

Reako shook his head," those must have been ones of a false name, my clan were a clan of humans and vampires living among one another peacefully," he said calmly,"they practiced magics yes and I know of the clan that took my clans name, their magic were petite compared to ours," he said still calm.
he didn't stop her when she began to trace the marking on his face, her words were shaken, he knew he must of surprised her with what he said,"My clan had died nearly 1008 years ago," he suddenly stopped speaking his hand began to tremble slightly and he looked back towards her trunk,"That book you obtained....we need to look at it," he spoke still calm, but he knew the book was of his clan decent.

"A thousand...?" She bit her lip and pulled away from him. "Only three hundread years then. Hm.." She got out of the car and looked around. The forest was far too quiet. Kali closed her door and walked over to the trunk.
It opened as she pressed a button on the keychain. The book was very neatly nestled into the weapons. She waited for him to take it. All the while, she watched him through her hair.

Reako nodded when she repeated the year and long ago it was, he had followed her getting out of the car and as she opened the trunk he looked at the book for a moment, it was his left hand that had begun to tremble and as he looked at it his entire arm seemed to be trembling.
after only a minute he lift his hand quickly and the book flew towards him opening and stopped right above his left hand the pages had begun to flip quickly past as his gaze never left it, when the final page had flipped over the book shut it had been floating in his hand slightly and finally landed when he finished what seemed to be reading. he looked at her,"You wish to know the secrets held in this tome, do you not," he asked holding the book out to her.

Kali continued to watch him. The magic in him was rather strong. It flared when the book moved. She felt it wash over her like the warmth of the sun. Her eyes drifted closed and she swayed slightly. Her hips resting against the car now.
"It is not my place." She spoke softly and opened her eyes to look at him. Kali pushed herself off the car and walked around him. "It is for your family's eyes only." She smiled faintly up at him.

Reako only smiled at her as she pushed herself off the car,"Yes that may be true but I may share the secrets with whomever I wish, and I feel I can trust you with these secrets," he said calmly,"I will warn you though, our magic is heavily dependent o emotions, how you feel determines the power of the spell some are stronger with anger, while other are more potent with joy."
he looked at her grasping her arm gently in his hand that wasn't holding the book,"As for my family, I am the only one left, my grandfather is possibly still alive, but of that I know not, you have a...special aura about you that is worth trusting, but I will ask you can I trust you, you look me in the eyes when you give me the answer," he said softly.

Kali smiled softly, looking away. "I have my emotions under control." She failed to mention that she hadn't felt any in a long time and earlier today was a fluke. "But it's not that, Reako..." Saying his name made her stop, looking over at him.
"I... i--" When he grabbed her arm, she blinked and looked up at him. "You can trust me." Her glasses hid her eyes from him. "But... i do think you should keep it within your family. Just as i've kept my family's magic to myself."

Reako did not know if she could express emotions or not, though she showed clear signs of wanting to know the secrets he only smiled when she said his name and then became silent,"Does my name have a strange feel to you, or is it that you are still unsure you may call me by it?"
When she spoke him keeping the secrets with his family he only shook his head,"our secrets can only be shared with certain others, those we can trust, however those that we trust cannot pass on the teachings unless they are to share the name of the clan, in the clan even the male if married in into the clan must take the name wetehr it be a middle name or otherwise, but it is only in the holy ceremony that one can truly pass the teaching to their most trusted." he slowly let go of her arm,"If you ever feel the need to know something, then I'll be in the forest, just whisper that you need aid and I will come to you, your voice may be silent to others, but your voice will reach me as if you were whispering into my ear," his hand took hers for a moment befroe releasing it and he began to walk into the forest.

Kali stayed silent for a moment or two. She wasn't sure how to word it. His name felt strange to her. As if uttering it was far too common for her even though she'd never met him before today. She had heard legends of his clan. Perhaps that was it? "It is... odd to say the least. There's nothing wrong with saying your name, of course. Just have a feeling about it." She smiled faintly.
She nodded as he spoke of the rules of learning his family's secrets. Gods, she wanted to know. More for knowledge than anything else. When he let go of her arm, she shivered. When he let go of her hand, she almost stumbled. Who was this creature to have power over her? "Well, Reako, how can you trust someone you've only just met?" She watched him begin to walk into the forest and let out a sigh. Kali turned and started walking towards her house.

Reako only smirked as he stopped in his tracks turning his head he spoke out to her as though he was whispering into her ear,"I can trust you because you seek knowledge, you have earned my trust because I can feel you can trust me, as well as your aura tells me you can be trusted with my life if I need it," as he finished he turned back around and continued into the forest.
Would she heed his words, he could not say. being around her seemed to have had more than just an affect on him, he felt he needed her in a way as if he wanted to be around her...forever. holding the feeling inside he looked through the book once more, if she wished to learn this magic he would need to teach her for a few of the spells were incripted for only those of Holimaur blood could actually read it.

His voice right in her ear made her stop. She turned around, expecting to see him right there. What was going on? What was he? Kali stood there for a moment or two. What could she do? What would she do? She prided herself on being a seeker of knowledge. Any knowledge. And here was this... creature. He appeared human but she knew better than that.
As if speaking to the wind, she whispered. "Reako." Again, his name made her pause. There was something so different about him. The wind began to pick up and the snow began to fall again. She looked up, watching the flakes fall. They fell in her hair and made her look as if some kind of angel. She pulled the glasses off her face and smiled. Even in her death, she'd loved winter.

Reako had walked deep into the woods by the time her voice spoke his name, he heard it, but unless she wished for him to be at her side, he would give some space to her. What he was may have shocked her, he was not human nor was he a vampire though many would say otherwise, he was in all aspects an angel and a demon. if she wished to know what he was all she needed to do was ask, and he would tell her.
stopping on a page in the tome he looked at the incrption and began to move his hands in a strange manner he shut the book and closed his eyes, as he focused his calm feelings and the snow began to glisten more than usual even the snow flakes around Kali had begun to glisten as so,"The crystals of light spell, most cherished to the Night Hunters," he spoke softly to himself.

He could feel her curiousity about him. Her wish for him to come. Kali didn't think he actually would. Probably trying to seem mysterious to her. She laughed, looking as the snow began to glow a bit more. "Oh.. magic. Was this Reako as well?"
She looked down and smiled softly. She began twirling back and forth, as if dancing with herself. It was one of the many things she had learned as a mortal. Singing, dancing. All these marry little things. The winter festival was one of the best things about her village.
