Appearance:
Kei has two forms, having the ability to do so with his dark magic.
Human:
As a human Kei is a very handsome young man. Standing a good six feet tall he is a force to be reckoned with. Having supposedly to been working out more so than not as it shows through his uniform he wears for being part of the guards, and being Hotaru's knight so to speak. Sandy blond hair, cut short with pale green eyes. All of his features are well defined and as the protector of both the King and Hotaru he shows it well. Not a single scar to show on his perfect skin.
His uniform is simply a blue, white, and black suit with a more dressy shirt beneath it. The ruffles are shown at the higher collar along with a few blue beads to hold the ruffles in place. His sword is always on him, very near when he sleeps worn in a loop that is placed on his belt around his waist.
Demon:
As a demon Kei's features are flaunted to the world. He wears more flashy clothing, (if you can even call it that) as it's made up of bones and other such things from the past wars and battles he had been through. His hair is a bit darker blond, his eyes bright, blood red. His ears are tipped out to a point and his nails are long, sharp, and fierce. Two silver horns protrude from his head as well.
His clothing made out of remains of battles and such is made mostly out of bones and parts of the dead uniforms. Made to reveal his well built chest, more or less in a variety of blacks, reds, silver, and gold. Wearing black gloves, and boots as well as a black skulled belt. Silver plating covers his shoulders, elbows, forearms, and shins. A torn red cape is worn around his neck and flows in the breeze, showing everyone just how scary he can look, scaring most before they battle. though not many live if they see him in this form. He also carries around a huge sword in this form, but mainly relies on his dark magic and fire elemental magics. As well as his "doll."
Personality:
Kei's personality is somewhat of a split one. Needing to act a certain way around the King and everyone else in the castle while as a human and one duty. However once he is out of the range of the castle and is in his demon form he acts much differently. As a human he is kind, considerate, caring, and loving to almost everyone he meets or knows. He is shown as a very faithful servant of the king, there mainly to protect the Princess and does his job more than well. Having the charming effect on most females, but recently or at least he's shown it recently is his love and devotion for the Princess.
As a demon he acts almost in the opposite demeanor, having bad manors, being hateful around everyone, lusting for any female's touch, and is only faithful to his Mistress Maria. Needing to hide this attitude from the King and the castle for his life really. He is rarely angered and is still a good guy to be around most of the time.
Abilities/Skills/Weapons:
Uses a sword when he is "undercover" and working to protect the princess. His strength is incredible and he had no worries to cleanly sweep the Princess off her feet whenever necessary, even if it is not. As a devil he has the use of the fire element, dark magic, and his strength comes in handy. He can even fly with his midnight black wings that are most always hidden but do tend to come out when he is around his mistress and when he is in need of them. Lastly one of his most powerful weapons has to be his "doll." Made out of remains of cloth and hair from his dead sister. Very powerful object, very lucky to survive if you even catch a glimpse of this "doll" of his.
History:
Kei was found at a very young age in the demon world. He was taken under Maria's wing and taught what he was good for and soon became one of her faithful subjects. Little is known of his history, as far as his parents and how he came to be alone in the world. He knows nothing, or least he claims to know nothing. Maria was the one who showed him what he could become and what his purpose was of helping her in her vengeance and rise to become ruler of all the lands. He was shown how to use his magics and powers to change to a human and be able to go about in the world as a normal being and hide undercover to help her out.
Other:
Works as a Knight/Guard for the castle. Was assigned to be Princess Hotaru's personal body guard. King Ryuu's main concern was Hotaru's safety also wishing to have her truly fall in love with Kei. Least that was his plan.
