The year is 2017. Humanity is flourishing, enjoying it’s technological superiority, even making plans to leave its original home, the Earth. New advancements in medical technology and lifestyle have elongated the average human lifespan to over ninety years. And not only that but everyone was happy, calm happy and productive.
All because of the R-Factor, a soothing drug that relaxed the brain and stimulated the body. The R-Factor was everywhere, it kept people calm and happy without sacrificing productivity, it was the prefect drug. Illegal drug abuse and addiction had spun to an absolute halt, after all who needed weed when there was the Relax-Factor? Everyone did R-factor, well except for a few social outliers, but who cared about them? They were just a few angry haters who didn’t want to get over their prejudices against the R-Factor.
And now the world was going to be perfect, the Relax-Factor was going biological. When it became a biological substance everyone could have it, it would self reproduce, be in the atmosphere, everyone would be relaxed and happy all the time, the world a perfect utopia…
The year is 2018. Humanity is dead. Only a few survivors remain, slowly perishing themselves. No major population centers exist, no government left in place. How could this happen? How could humanity just be wiped out in less than a year? Well like it could always be done, through itself. The R-Factor had gone biological, and In return it turned viral. It shut down the brain completely and for good, and left the body over-stimulated, creating a mindless doll that only wanted one thing, to feed.
Zombies in the billions, they won’t die, or kill themselves off, all of them constantly seeking and hunting their remaining human counterparts. But perhaps there is hope, perhaps humanity can survive. A few pockets of resistance, old military organizations supplying as many of the unaffected with weapons and armored vehicles to run from and fight the zombies. A few brave souls with a single hope, purification, to take the world back the same way it had been taken from them, with force.
And now you. You have few choices. Die alone. Rally with some others to fight the infection. Join the military in building armored villages. What do you chose, oh but before you chose, bring a gun would you?
Enter Fear GaRden. Play as a civilian desperately trying to restart normal society, or as a deviant, with one goal: Delivering the cure one bullet at a time and taking the world back. Or even join the organized resistance, hunt for A-Factor and develop new zombie-fighting drugs. Or even play as The Gleam, a series of young girls genetically grown specifically to fight the infection.
So what is your answer? Join us, die with us?
