Personality: Novgood calls himself a ‘peacemaker’ or a ‘peacekeeper’. In any regard be believes that the only way to ensure that order is kept in the world, one of the reasons why he left regular military service in his homeland, and thus Novgood has a naturally self-righteous and vainglorious air about him, but not a repulsive one, a kind one. Most people find solace in Novgood somber silences, knowing that he would never harm them but protect them, that is unless they violated some unspoken law of his.
Abilities/Skills/Weapons: Novgood carries many weapons, he carries a standard ten kunai concealed as usual inside his thick survivalist clothing. Alone with this he has, slung also inside his vast clothing a katana with elaborate designs on the hilt, but an unmark and unadorned blade. Novgood also carries his favorite weapon in a advanced holster in his right sleeve, his senbalm.
Novgood’s abilities’ include that of most standard taijutsu, a master with hand an blade attacks. He also knows a variety of wind-based ninjustsu which ask as scything invisible blades of wind. However Novgood’s favorite attack is one in which he builds up an incredible amount of chakra at the tip of his middle finger, and compresses it to as small a point as possible, and then uses his own hand as a blade, this jutsu can penetrates most any defense, but takes a massive toll on Novgood, as backlash from the wind created by the buildup of the attack tears his upper forearm to pieces.
History: Novgood was born in the land of water, but not in the village hidden in the mist. However, it became apparent that he would make a promising ninja in his adolescent years, and he was later transferred into the village under the control of a enterprising jonin that saw qualities in the boy that he liked to believe himself to have, and trained him to be his successor.
This ninja was killed in battle when Novgood was seventeen, and a budding chunin. Six months after receiving the news Novgood went though a bout of depression and dissociation, which ended when he left the village to fulfill a few ‘rouge’ years of policing the general volume that made up the five nations. When Novgood believes himself strong and wise enough to return to the village and become a jonin like his master Novgood intends to rejoin his village. But for now Novgood is alone searhing for power and justice.
Other: I want to a bodyguard plot for Novgood, or something involving something along those lines. Cause everyone knows you gotta look out for those assassins…
ALSO: I would approve this myself, but ya' know separation of powers. Anyway I want an opinion on weather or not he is ninjaish enough or not.
