Katsumi is a girl who always seems to get her way. She can convince anyone about anything, even if the anything is a complete lie. She is sort of a boy killer if you will, always flirting around with them and taking advantage of them. It's rare to see her with just one guy at a time, rather she is seen surrounded by them. She's perky but also sly and mysterious hating to show any kindness to the female population, and yet she is still loved by them. Most boys fall head over heals in love with her at first sight, and if not she can always find them falling at her feet like slaves. She can be cold hearted at times and even cruel.. some girls despise her for charming the entire male population but nothing seems to bother her. Never get her mad though, because you'll never make it out alive.
Abilities/Skills/Weapons:
Katsumi has the ability to use fire powers. She can also use a sword but prefers torturing with her fire methods. She favors a long whip that she can ignite in the blink of an eye. Her wings are jet black with a deep red inside. Kat's a skilled flier and escape artist when things go wrong, having great sly moves at times too. She can be at one place at one time then a split second later could be miles away without anyone ever knowing she was there. She also has the skills of a great fighter when needed, her timing is almost never off and she almost always hits the mark.
History:
Katsumi was born a devil, her mother foolishly fell in love with a human and ended up killing him in order for him to marry her and bear children. Kat held up much anger against her mother, but her playfulness and flirting came from her. Devils are not supposed to fall in love with the lowly humans, let alone marry to them and have a child together. She eventually forgave her mother but ended up killing her father. Her mother hated Kat for a while but then snapped back to her senses and started all over again. To this day Kat treats the male population as dogs and orders them around like dogs on her leash. Her and her mother scower the Earth when the Underworld becomes dull and boring, both able to get away with it because they know how to charm the guards to allow them to pass.

~ Grows board in the Underworld with not much to do so sometimes tries to sneak up to Earth.
