Appearance:
Maria is a darker sort of character. She wears black clothing at all times, her hair isa jet black and short, though long engohut to still cover her eyes a small bit. Maria stands at about five foot seven. Her eyes are a bored gray color, like that of frozen lake water.
Personality:
She is stuborn. Maria is, as others would call her, emo or goth becasue of the clothing she wears and her hair. maria acts like a boy and doesn't care if she is mistaked for one, as she is constantly.
Shyly is shy, one reason she ahd the nickname. She knows few but if she does know you, she acts like almsot every other average person, save for her secret, that makes her seem cut off to a cirten extent from others.
Abilities/Skills/Weapons:
Maria can see aura, and the wings of angels that have been sent on missions to earth. The wings are edmitted as a a shimmering light green that captivates all who see it. Maria is also able to see a few thoughts in others' aura, but only if the thought is attached to a strong emotion. Maria also carries around a small dagger hidden in a holster on her thigh, becasue her heard her parents talking about getting rid of her for being so different a time or two.
What about their skills?
She can run fast and has no problems with speaking her mind, she is also good at being cold toward those whom she sees a threat to her or people close to her, which is next to none.
How about weapons?
Maria carries a dagger in a holster on her thigh. The reason for it is her parents were speaking of getting rid of her a time or two and she over heard. And then another time her younger brother told her that they were speaking of it again. Maria is quite good at using her dagger as well.
History:
Maria was about the age of seven when she figured out that no one else but she was able to see aura. This came about when she saw the wings of an angel and walked up to the man to ask him about them. What she spoke of the wings he was quick to hush her. Taking her along with ihm to explain what she was seeing.
Her parents thought that it was a curse bestowed upon them or being bad people. They distrusted their daughter more and more as the days weny by and she told them multipule times she could see the thoguhts they had in their aura.
Other:
Maria likes to be alone to think, and so she doesn't get swallowed up by the auras around her. If she's in a place with too many people her head aches from the aura.
The thing she dislikes and distrusts most is love. Because she believed her parents had it for her adn that was stabed in the back, front, and every where else.

Maria stood in the doorway, watching her parents with wide eyes before she turned tail and ran down the hall, her eyes scrunched shut as she feld the house back into the woods where she had just emerged from. The teen didged trees skillfully as she heard the shouts and screams of her parents running after her. They had no intention to run after her to catch her. No, They wanted to chase her out and away from their lives.
She got to the other side of the woods and finally opened her eyes. She couldn't hear her parents any longer so she knew she was alone. Shyly looked arouns where she was, it didn't look like her home town.
The teen didn't care if any one was around, she callapsed to her knees and sobbed into her hands. "Why.... did they do that....?" she asked herself quietly before she screamed the words into the darkened sky. Once Maria had regained herself she stood up, walking along the path that seemed to lead to a road, and she walked untill she passed out under a tree from exhaustion.
