Life in the Castle

[Jewel]

Mika stopped and watched Seraph open the fairly large pair of doors.It soon revealed a library.She smiled in awe.She slowly followed him in but stop a couple of feet away and watched him run his hand across the piano's keys.It kind of reminded her of the piano she had at her parents house on earth.She looked up at Seraph to see him staring at it in awe.
"Does this piano hold many memories of your parents?"Mika asked quietly.

Akemi looked over to her and nodded slowly, "This was my parent's piano, my father bought it for my mother a long while back. I used to sit on the bench next to her as her fingers swiftly moved amoung the keys. She taught me anytime I wanted to, but even now I'm not nearly as good as she used to be." He said looking back to the piano, it had been a while since he played, but he still wondered if he had the talent to play so well. Being so busy with this and that messed up his free time that he would normally use to be in here practicing away.

"Ah,"Mika replied.She walked over to Seraph and stood next to him.She put one finger on a key and pressed down lightly.She continued to press down on that key and put another finger on another key and pressed down one at a time with each key.Sometimes music would lead you to her soul when she either sang it or played it.

Akemi closed his eyes for a second as they keys played along to her fingers that moved. He opened them and walked around to sit on the bench that was made for two. He sat down slowly and ran his hands over the side's keys, looking over to Mika, wondering again if he was still able to play. He closed his eyes and turned towards the keys, opening them to rest his hands on a few keys. Having the feel he moved them about, the sound of a beautiful tune filled the air, making in tune with the keys that were already lingering in the air. He smiled as he assumed the position and played on.

occ:Want me to find a tune for Akemi?
Mika slowly stop playing and listened to the tune Seraph was playing.Somehow her mind began to replay a day when she went to the park with her mother and father.She was only 4 at the time and she remembered it clearly.The fresh air,cool breeze and the sound of laughing little ones.She watched her youngerself play on the play set and try the monkey bars.She watched herself fall and scrape her knee on the cement.She also watched her mother rush over and help her up,then put a bandaid on her owie.She smiled at how loving her mother was.

Akemi closed his eyes as his hands swept over the keys in perfect unison, changing it up slightly with the loss of the other keys being pressed on the side. Everything seemed to come so simple to him like way back when. Nearly flawless with the whole composition, it being one of the first few whole songs that his mother taught him. his mind flashing back to the times where he sat on her lap as she helped move his hands over each key, telling him which where named what, what they stood for, the sound of each and everthing all the way down to his first song, that was much like a mish mash of sound. He smiled at the memory as he played on yet.

Occ:Kay-searches while repling.-
Mika continued to watch it.She watched herself run away from her mother who tried to tag her.She then watched her dad join in and try not to get tagged by her mother.She saw herself get tagged and try to tag her father.She watched herself get him and him trying to get either her or her mother.She gave a small laugh at him falling.

Akemi smiled to himself as the playing came easily, his eyes opened slightly to peek over at Mika as she laughed. He grinned slightly as he changed up the tune to a bit faster in pace. the same tune none the less, but it seemed as if he was mearly showing off or her. Putting a more playful beat to the song. Outside the passing maids and servants gathered near the door just to catch a bit of the Seraph's playing. it was a joy to hear him being so upbeat and playful.. it was so much better for him. Always being locked in his room with one matter or another, it wasn't right.

Occ:It took me like five minutes to find it!
Mika came back into reality and looked over at Seraph.She sat down besides Seraph and watched his hands move along the keys.She set her hands on the keys that have been untouched by Seraph's hands and played a soft tune.

Akemi opened one eye to look over at her, watching as her hands moved about the keeys that were out of his reach. He slowed his pace just a tad to listen to the part that she played and caught up to her so the tune matched perfectly. "A born piano player I see." He said opening his other eye to smile at her. "Wonderful, I've always loved this tune, it's amazing to know that you are familiar with it as well. Along with this song I know many more, but you must teach me which ones you know.. I'd be honored to learn from you if you'll allow me to. I can pay you even, lessons.. yes." He smiled as he played on.

(Aww man, but it was soo worth it! Yay! Lol now I know who to go to for that sort of thing.. ^^)

Mika played and looked over at him as she played.She smiled and played.She thought for a bit pondering over it.
"I can teach you the songs i know but you dont really have to pay me,"Mika responded,"I will teach you but no pay,and there is many songs i know of and could you remember them if needed?".She would let him think about it and when he's ready to be taught she will.She never really had anyone ask for lessons but she will help others who might want to be taught just like Seraph does.
"And maybe i could teach others too who have that desire to learn as well free of charge.I dont know many who would like to learn but i'll teach them,what do you think of that?"Mika said.She looked at him waiting for his response.
Occ:She sounds like a teacher in here a bit lol.^^

Akemi looked over at her while she offered to teach him free of charge, "You wish to bring happiness to those around you then, without payment? Well then, I can see we have a true angel here. Not many are like you , you know? But I like you, I'll accept your offer and allow you to do as you wish with whomever wishes to learn from you. We can post it around the castle, and even outside of the castle if you wish to. Though I would assume you will get some sort of payment, not many would learn to take so much and not return the favor." He smiled at her, "Though I'm busy most of the time, I will find time to learn from you, it would be nice to spend some quality time doing the tihing I love the most."

Mika nodded and looked back at the keys.She thought for a moment if they shold start now or later.She looked back at Seraph.
"Should we start now or later?"Mika asked.She was curious on when they should start.And was there not that many real angels like her.Wow i must be very special to be a real angelMika thought.
