Story:
Starr was writing a acceptance to Holland and when she went to submit, she found she couldn't submit it and a error would come on, telling her to refresh. She refreshed, and refreshed, and finally she told me (Kathy) to see whats up with the thread. I looked and found Bella had already accepted it and moved it. SO! Starr charged Bella for immature moving/disturbing the peace/BEING INSANE!
