Confused on something you heard used in a roleplay? Well then you've come to the right place! Here are some roleplay terms that are used quite often.
~ Ooc: Out of character, a term used when you are not roleplaying. Only needs to be used when you are in a roleplay thread. It makes the roleplay easier to decipher.
~ ( ) or [ ]: Both used like Ooc would be used, do prefer you use Ooc, but these work just as well.
~ Bic: Back in character, a term used when you started out of character and wish to begin roleplaying again. Only used in roleplaying threads, no need to use it in a regular thread.
~ Charries: Many people may not hear this or use this, but it's simply a shorter term for characters.
~N/D, N/F: Not done/finished, terms used when you have posted your character and did not yet finish it.
~WIP: Work in Progress, much like N/D and N/F.
~ [open] ~open~ (open): All of these means that your roleplay is open for anyone to join in ^^
~ (sp?): Have something your unsure of the spelling? Place this after it and we can forgive you for being a normal human being ^^ Everyone makes mistakes, don't be afraid to admit it.
Have something thats been forgotten? Let one of the admin know and they can add it in.
