The Prologue
Kaede Hituari wasn't a normal elementary school child. In third grade, she did all she could to be the perfect child. She was so close with her family. However, she had something; a very deadly bipolar illness. She had three halves of herself. One was distant, lonely, and quiet. It would disobey everyone, it would never reply to anyone. The second half was happy, it always did as told in the happiest manner. The last part was deadly. It would hit everyone, kill anything it touched, it would go crazy over no reason possible. Over the stupidest things she would go off.
This part of her became more dominant as she grew older. In fourth grade, it was too much for her mother. She went away for a few days, then came back. In that time, Kae had changed deeply, both mentally, and emotionally. She became more physical with everything. When her mother returned, the worse half of her opened back up, and went power crazy, mass murdering her family. Her siblings, her father, and her mother were all dead. She had forgotten everything as soon as she got back to her normal self, and was passed out in the middle of the floor.
The nextdoor neighbors worried at the screaming and called the police. They came and took Kae away, cleaning up the mess. And she was led to believe for a long time that they were killed by a fire. One of her nextdoor neighbors was a young boy named Hikaru. They were good friends, Hikaru and Kae. He accompanied her to the funeral, where she fainted from the shock of the situation. She was taken to a mental hospital after that.

Kaede and Hikaru have moved in together. Hikaru's parents are no longer talking to him; he works two jobs to get enough money to support him and Hikaru. She stays at home, and when she goes to school, she is constantly in Hikaru's watch. Even in her classes, which does mean that he has every class with her.
Right now, all I want the plot to do is get Starr and I into it. ^^ So, this is what there is so far.

Friend, Asa-- Will end up being slightly liked/loved by Hikaru, but will be killed by a nervous breakdown from Kaede (later in part two or three ^^)
Best Friend to Kaede-- This will be Kaede's best friend. She won't realize how great of a friend she is, however, until Asa is killed. =/ Then, Kaede begins to care for her as a friend. ^^
