Personality: Chou has a laid back attitude... however she can be just as nice as mysteriously scary. If she were a food, she’d have an acquired taste seeing as people either like her or they don’t. Other than that, when the only people watching her are in the shadows, she talks to herself, or tries to ballet dance to music in her head. Needless to say, the shadows under her bed are kept entertained. All in all Chou is a very strange person so your charries are in for an adventure if they hang around too long.
History: Chou has a strange and very imaginative life. Most of the things that she remembers may have been real, but more likely dreams. Throughout her life she’s been in a boarding school for gifted children although she’s an elf. After being found out due to the changing a student into a flower and destroying it, she fled, taking small jobs for fun and traveling. Chou sleeps through life so she rarely made friends for being so strange. Because of this, she shut down most of her thoughts in wait for a potential friend or stalking worthy stranger.
Abilities/Weapons: Chou can create and destroying objects as well as fly and disappear to short distances. She owns pepper spray for quick battles and a strange writing utensil to 'draw' herself some help. She's not very effective in battle so she tries to stay away from conflict. However, she's very good at distracting people and defending herself.

Other: Sleeping hereby refers to, for lack of a better example, the act of living through a coma. Sleeping will render you to forget everything you've experianced with the exception of what you've done while you are 'awake'. After a few minutes of silence, inactivity, or moderate sadness Chou will sleep. When faced with a person or situation that is out of the ordinary Chou will awaken.
