Name: Joshua Turner Aka Dr. Turner, or Josh

Age: 25 (Human), 1087 (Vampire) years

Status: Single (Is beginning to see that he is well loved and this single bit will not last for much longer)
Appearance:
Joshua has short sandy blond hair and hazel eyes. He's very well built and a bit tall for a vampire, he stands roughly about 6' 1" and weighs about 207 pounds. He normally wears regular tee shirts and jeans when he is not working, which is rare. When he's working he wears a suit or something dressy but comfortable. Always with a tie at work, comfortable shoes and a golden banded ring on his right hand. The ring doesn't symbolize anything but does have a deeper meaning to it, from his father. Lastly, being a vampire he would have wings, bat-like wings correct? Well you see the funny thing is, with his appearance he resembles more of an angel, he was blessed with gray wings not black. Strange he knows but it's what happened when he was born and first unfolded his wings.
Personality:
Josh has a laid back personality to a point, he is a very busy man and pretty much runs the hospital. He's always running and practically lives at the hospital, even though there are other doctors there he is the main one. Aside from that he never lets anything get him down and always has high spirits. He loves to keep his patients happy and comfortable even when he's not. He never gets angry with anyone or plays with people's emotions. In fact he hates it when others take advantage of others through their weaknesses. He believes no ones perfect and hopes that one day everyone will realize that as well. He always gets his job done no matter if it takes him three minutes or three hours. Is told he is a hard worker and sometimes works too hard. Can be tired at times but never shows it, but when he does his assistants tell him to rest.
Abilities/Skills/Weapons:
He's a vampire, a doctor vampire to be exact. He has strong healing powers and is able to control himself while feeding. He can keep calm and collected around patients and though they know he is a vampire they are not scare of him. He'd rather not fight but will if he has to, only with his main vampire features. He does have a sword but keeps it to the side, almost never has it with him. Can change patients to vampires, but only if they allow him to and there is no other ways out of the situation. Believes it's best to allow the Heaven's to claim the life when it's needed, but does make few exceptions.
History: (As told by Turner himself)
Turner's history was very memorable, his mother died while giving birth to him. His father brought him up with never once blaming him for killing her. Though Josh always thought it was his fault he grew up wanting to become a doctor. His father taught him how to fight and wished he would follow in his footsteps but Josh wouldn't hear it. He accepted the fighting skills and was surprised when his father confessed to him that he was a vampire, only when Josh had fallen deathly ill. He was on his last strand of life as his father changed him into a vampire to save him, he wished not to be alone in life. Considering he never got over the death of his wife. Josh was truly greatful to his father and found at that moment that he had to know everything he could about the medical world.
A few years after his illness his father went missing, he was out on a business trip supposedly. Only he never returned, Turner later found that he was killed by a vampire hunter, he vowed revenge but continued on his way, once becoming many years older and wiser he found the ring his father had left behind. Josh had always seen it on his father and never thought much about it. It was left on his dresser in his room with a note. Josh I knew the day would come where I would have to pass this to you. Once you find this and read this note I will have been killed. I have lead the killers far from you, but you must still be careful. I leave this ring to you, passed down from many generations, do keep the cycle going. I'd mean a lot to me if you were to wear this, the deep meaning behind it is hidden. But with your knowledge I know you will learn it soon enough. Love Dad. Turner placed the ring on his finger that day and hasn't removed it if at all.
(But is it the truth?? Not exactly)
Most of this may be true, but what parts? You will never know because Turner keeps his real past hidden from everyone. The burden is his and his only. For anyone who finds out is extremely lucky to know. It's nothing anyone should know anyways. It's shameful and cruel.
