"Good news is that you're not my baby's daddy. Turns out the previous guy was. The bad news is: you're gonna die. Cuz, no one, and I mean NO ONE sends Throw-a-back Jenny to the slammer!" Maxwell only cringed, and looked away.
"You old hag with all your cosmetic surgery and crap, you deserved everything that came to you." He stood up straight and waded around Sayomi and stood before her.
"This chick here isn't a by-stander, she's my date. You know, it's bad to hold a grudge when in truth you deserved what happened to you. Thanks to you, I'm mentally scarred." He shuddered and blushed a bit.
Jenny growled, "SHUT UP HON! YOU OWE ME BAIL!"
Maxwell's eyes widened, "What the hell? You broke out?!" Instead of answering Jenny fired a round. Maxwell dodged the bullets and grabbed Sayomi by the waist.
Tell no one, he whispered in her ear and took off toward the sky. I hate myself right now, I really do.
Jenny, who was still in the water, through a hissi fit. Firing at Maxwell who was dodging her shots in mid-air.
"You GIT back here play toy! GIT BACK HERE!"
Maxwell looked down sadly at Jenny who was throwing her into her water in frustration.
"Don't judge me Ms.Sayomi. I was a defenseless kid who lived a crappy life. If you ever travel, don't go to a city called Rangepoint.You will never be the same when you leave."

Kazuki nodded, "Very well. I suppose I should..." He paused upon seeing the new female enter the scene. She looked young, but he had a feeling and was told countless times that appearences can be deceiving. He bit his lip debating whether or not to step in but was held back when Kaori stop him. "I had a feeling he wasn't all he was cracked up to be." He said relaxing a bit however you could still tell he was tense and ready to move at the drop of a dime. "I don't like the look of this, she looks pleasent enough but Alex seems to be scared of her. Within good reason I suppose." He said already digging his toes into the sand beneath the sheet he had laid out. he wanted to move, but he also wanted to see how it would all unfold for them.
Sayomi froze as she heard the story of the female's "horible" life. Sighing as she watched Alex/Maxwell... walk around her, but was caught off guard as the woman started to shoot. She dodged the first few bullets with ease but before she could speak or move again she was being grabbed around the waist and pulled into the sky. "Ack!" She squeaked as she held onto him. "Wha... what the? I... I don't understand." She said quietly as she looked up at him, now seeing the beautifuls wings that had spread from his back, "I.. I won't tell.. but can you just tell me why she's after you... and your real name perhaps?" She asked while holding on best she could, she wasn't one for heights... however she didn't mind them too much.
Meanwhile on the ground Kazuki had lost it, he was already charging forwad to the female with the gun ready to tackle her to the ground. "What the heck are you doing?! Leave them alone! YOU TOUCH ONE HAIR ON MY SISTER AND YOU WILL PAY!" He growled at the female, however it was partially to Alex as well.

"My name is Maxwell Alexander Drew. As you can see by my gracious harpy-eagle wings, I don't belong here. I know this is hard to believe but,--" Maxwell dodged the rock thrown at him by Jenny, "I fell out of the sky one day and landed in Midas Desert. I don't know how old I am, or where I came from. To make a long story short, I have amnesia about everything that concerns my personal life. Other than being an amnesiac, I'm being chased by some--" another rock was dodged, " by some crazy people who want to use my gift. That gift is the power to control electricity. I can conduct, and gather it from objects and even people. Sadly, the people who are chasing after me only want to piss me off so I can turn into an electric bomb. They say that I killed alot of people from doing that before."
Maxwell finished this part of the story and flew toward the beach towel.
"GIT BACK HERE MAXWELL!" cried out Jenny, only shoving Kazuki aside and swimming back to shore. Meanwhile, Maxwell placed Sayomi down gently and walked over to his towel under the beach umbrella.
"Forgive me for getting you mixed up in this. I expected her to be in the slammer a little bit longer than usual. Heck, I expected her to be on a different continent. I wanted to at least have a vacation from running around the world, but looks like I have to leave before dawn. People like the GPA hop on me like flies if I don't move." A crowd gathered around them, all eyes focused on Maxwell's huge wings.
"That lady back there," Maxwell started unphased by the onlookers, "she did some pretty terrible things to me. You see, I was homeless at that time, and I looked like I was around fourteen. I worked for these three 'sisters' just to keep a roof over my head so I can look for evidence of my existance. Let's just say while I was working as a bartender, I was kidnapped and woke up with my arms tied behind my back,my mouth taped shut, and a gun pointed to my head. I don't want to tell the rest." Maxwell stretched his wings and dug through his bag.
"So, after that...night... I pressed charges and sent her tail to jail. Based on her previous criminal records, she stayed there for an extra long time. Other than hiding from the crazy guys who want to use me as a gun, I'm running from her too." Maxwell pulled out a pair of sunglasses.
"People, I know I'm fascinating and all but can you at least give me some privacy?" His wings suddenly disappeared and the crowd was amazed. Shockingly, they quietly backed off and went their own directions.
"Well then Ms.Kaori, looks like you know something new about me. As I do to you," he was referring to her wings well hidden.

Kaori was shocked, she knew what he was, but she didn't think he had a clue of what she was. "Yes, I see this.... I would fess up, but I have bigger problems if I do." She said getting up to go and fetch Kazuki. "Maxwell, stay just a bit longer, I want to help but I need to get him out of her way and then find away to get us out of here." She said going to the beach and grabbing Jenny, "I think this is enough." She said holding tight to her arm and then going to Kazuki and handing him her hand. "Get up and go to your sister. Take the car." She said and then she turned, she was now in her wolf form, and her jaw was on Jenny's arm. She was sick of this, people using the angels like they are some type of experiment. She took off in the air and dropped her off some place odd. "You know, one day you will regret ever doing this to someone. Hell isn't all it's cracked up to be." She said to her. She was going to make sure she had a rough time getting back. She also took the gun and then dropped it in the ocean. She left her, to find her way back to the beach and Maswell.
She returned but turned to human form before she got the people on the beach looking at her funny. "This is just lovely. She'll be a bit before she gets back here....pack up and leave. Meet me here though Maxwell." She said to him and handed him a piece of paper with an address. "As for you two....." She sighed, just when she was having a great time, "You might want to stay low. If they are after him then they might come for you to get to him. And for me, I'll tell you all about me when we get somewhere I know is safe." She said picking up her things and getting it back in her bag. You could now she her wings, but she made sure to return them so they weren't visible to the human eye. But she could tell some where still gawking. She was ready to snap at them in her wolf form to show them that she has a bigger bark than they think and a much bigger bite. "And yes...I am an angel. But I am a....much different angel." She said to Maxwell and then throw her back over her shoulder and got ready to leave. She had a shirt on and some shorts, she would need to get dressed in more comfortable cloths later on. "Kazuki and Sayomi I'm sorry about all of this." She said to the both of them softly.

Sayomi listened to everything Maxuel had to say, greatful to hear all of it from his mouth alone but also a bit upset that he had lost his memory in bits of his life as well as his age and some of the important information that people always knew. She wondered what happened to make him that way, but she was also fascinated by his wings and ablity, not to use him by any means, but she hadd the want to protect him now, she wanted to be near him, to help him out. No matter what it took. She had yet to show her true colors around him and was willing to give it all up to help him out. However before she could say anything she was placed down as he rumaged through his pack. The female was still rampaging but her brother was doing his best to help out as the now seen angel was helping him out. She blinked at Maxwell. "Please.... I don't want to leave you now. Allow me to accompany you." She looked to her brother who seemed already disapproving of her words, "Zuki... it'll be like our next mission! We have to help them! I can't have anyone treating them so badly when all they want is to live a normal peaceful life." Not that there is such a thing like that... but still.. She thought to herself as she looked back to Max with pleading eyes.
Kazuki tried to catch a hold of the female on the beach as she continued to shoot and toss things at the other two but came out unsucessful. The water was weighing him down and making it difficult to send any sort of attack at her. He sighed but nodded as Kaori helped him out and grabbed her. He grabbed her hand and stood up brushing himself off as she went off to strand her somewhere, he made his way back to the beach just in time to hear his sister's newest stupid plan. "No... I refuse to get wrapped up in this business. Don't you remember the basic ninja rules?" He growled at her, not phased when she wasn't listening to him. "We're leaving and that's final. I don't care what you want, this is our only vacation and it's only for a few days, we have duty to protect the village not random angels or whatever he is that fall from the sky." He grabbed a firm hold on Sayomi's arm, "Let's go." He said in a toneless voice, he didn't have a cold heart, nothing of the sort. The thing was he was a Jounin, he had his duties to withhold in the village, he was told strictly to return when the vacation ran out. There was nothing he could do to help even if he wanted to.

Jenny fussed and spat, but once she was dropped off, she lost it! Maxwell smiled and recieved the address.
"Thank you, but to get things straight: I ain't an angel. If I was, I would be a massive,buff, glowing beheameth. I'm just a dude born with harpy eagle wings on my back. Nothing special."
Maxwell gave up on searching in his stuffed book bag. Took a stand and tossed the heavy thing over his shoulder and onto his back. His were pressed against his back lightly, partially his own doing.
"I also thank you for taking care of that....terrible mother back there. I owe you one." Maxwell sighed, "Well I'm packed. All I have is this pack on my back and the towel. Otherwise, I'm ready to go Ms.Kaori. I'll wait for you however."
Maxwell listened in on Sayomi's pleading request.
"Woah, woah, woah babe~! I already got you involved in this enough. Although your brother was a butt to me from the beginning, he has a point. I know a little of ninjas, but I know surely you obey by the rules. Although it pains me to leave such an adorable face, I have to. Crazy dudes are gonna be after me in a minute."
Maxwell nodded at Kazuki, "Well then Mr.Kazuki, I hope the both of you will enjoy your vacation."
Suddenly, before Maxwell could even turn, an elderly woman had a laser rifle to Maxwell's head. She was hunched over and tall in height, it hardly seemed she was her age at all. Maxwell sighed and placed his bag on the ground.
"Spoke to soon." The elderly woman straightened and revealed herself as a younger woman.
"I found him." she barked into a wrist walkie-talkie. UNDERSTOOD replied a mans voice.
Maxwell sighed, "Here I go again. What a pain. Two months of escape here I come~!"

Kaori nodded and then waited for them to argue it all out. But soon another one was there and ready for something more. "Oh this is not happening twice in one day on my vacation." She said, her temper was finally getting out. If this didn't stop before they got to a safe place then she was going to go crazy on a rampage and make sure no one got in the way. She may be an angel and such, but she still had her werewolf attitude, which wasn't a pretty one. "What is wrong with you people?!" She said getting ready. But she knew that they would be after her soon if they found out her true nature. She had some tricks up her sleeves though. "Kazuki and Sayomi go.. Don't get caught up in this or in trouble." She said and then turned to the lady. "So you're lookin to use him huh?" She said almost in a growl. She was so ready for a fight if it came to that. "You know Maxwell I can take her out easily.....in a flash." She said growling again. She just hoped that the two would take off soon. They were sure to have more coming if the girl said she had found him.

Sayomi tugged and squirmed with her brother's grasp but it was no good, he had always been stronger than she. It only made sense... that being said she wasn't about to give up without a fight. "Sorry Zuki... but I want to do this." She growled as she elbowed him in his ribs, knocking the air out of him long enough for her to escape his grasp and run over next to Kaori. "Your lucky I left my double swords out I suppose, but I won't let you get away with this." She growled to the woman who had revealed herself. Her hands moved in a fluent motion as they signaled her favorite. "Water clone jutsu!" She called out as the water from the sea formed into about a dozen clones of herself. "Alright everyone, let's do this!" She called as the clones pulled out kunai and shuriken simontaneously as they readied themselves to battle. The real one wrapped an exploding note around her own kunai.
Kazuki held her tight, "Sayomi, you idiot. Stop thinking about yourself would you? They already told us to... ugh..." He gasped as her elbow came in contact with his chest, making his hold loosen as he fell to his knees gasping for air. That idiot.. she always was stubborn. He growled, gritting his teeth as he steadied himself an stood once more, still a bit breathless, but otherwise unharmed. He pulled out a few ninja stars as he stood there panting a bit like a dog, waiting for a moment to attack.

To revealed woman only chuckled, "He found some friends. Leave him be for now, there are to many civilians here." Suddenly a helicopter appeared before them, and sand kicked up blowing everywhere. The mysterious woman pulled on a pair of sunshades and gladly grabbed on to the rope ladder thrown down for her.
"3210p, you are mine next time. Until then, bulk up and get stronger. The more power you consume, the better for us to use it for the government!"
The people were in dissaray from the gusts of sand being kicked up by the helicopter and pushed and shoved one another.
"I'll look forward to it!" Maxwell called out in sarcasm, He sighed and rubbed sand out of his eyes as the helicopter flew away. He looked toward the water clones, "That's cool. Thank you for helping me you guys."

Kaori growled, "We better go, If I run into her again I'm gonna rip her head off. And that's saying something for an angel." She said grabbing Maxwell's arm and then taking off. "GUYS GO HOME!! I'll contact if anything gets worse. And believe me I know where to find you!" She called to them as she pulled Max with her. She needed to get them in that room. "Hop in, I'll drive." She said and then jumped in the Lamborghini and let him get in before she took off. She was getting upset, how could someone use him like that, then again it is the human world, they will take anything to get power. "What are they wanting from you?" She asked, making sure she had everything right.
But she didn't want to leave those two alone, if these people are really wanting to get to Maxwell. "Will she bother the other two?" She asked looking at him while speeding in and out of traffic.

Sayomi was still a bit tense, but after a few moments of silence she let her gaurd drop a bit, the clones splashed into the water and seeped back to the sea. Tossing the kunai with the exploding note far into the sea after the copter and watching as it exploded, the sea engulfing it and splashing up for a few moments as it exploded before going back to the so called calmness of the sea it was. She sighed as she looked over but grinned, "Heh, you have no idea." She was just about to walk over to him when Kaori yelled over at her and her brother to go home. She almost growled but kept her calm. Losing it when she grabbed hold of Max's arm and dragged him off to one of the cars in the parking lot. "Dang....." She growled as she kicked the sand around her, "How could she! She knew we wanted to help out!" She jumped as she felt a light hand on her shoulder, tyensing a bit as it tightened. Looking up to see her brother not looking too pleased with her behavior. She frowned, "I'm sorry Zuki... but come on.. I just want to help him out!" She pleaded knowing he was still very upset with her no matter what she said.
Kazuki watched everything from where he stood still a bit wobbly but he had regained himself, wondering what would happen next when the angel grabbed a hold of Max's arm and took off to a car. He shook his head as he looked over to his sister, "Leave them, they are not our business anyways." He said reaching out for her shoulder. "Let's go." He said sternly as his hand moved down to her forearm and pulled her back to their stuff to clean up.

Maxwell reluctantly followed behind Kaori, he turned his head back to Sayomi as he left. His eyes were filled with regret, he at first wanted to spend the day with Sayomi on their 'date'.
"Don't worry!" he called out with a smile just before he leaped into the car with his pack, "I'll come and find you, promise!" He waved at the two ninja and sighed sadly. Maxwell turned toward Kaori as she began to talk to him.
"I can control electricity, those goons want me because I can even turn into a bomb. They say that I killed a quarter of my kind's population just from one explosion. They guessed, and said I was around...six at the time.Who knows how old I am. The only way I can create enough energy...is if I am under alot of mental and physical pressure." Maxwell chuckled for a moment nervously, "Those guys were crazy, they beat up my parents, raided my part of town, then they took a chainsaw...and..." Maxwell covered his mouth, his wings were shaking.
Obviously, the incident related to his wings.
"I remember falling, and then waking up in their laboratory. They injected me with needles and crap. It was hell."

Kaori wasn't surprised they did something horrible to him, "Don't feel like you have to tell me all of it if it hurts to much. Though I see pretty much everything from above." She said with a small smile. She couldn't believe Mother Nature was letting this happen to. But she couldn't blame it all on her. She sighed, and then stopped at a stop light and got in the U-turn lane. "Do you want her to come?" She asked him as the light turned and she did a quick U-turn. For some odd reason she couldn't leave them behind, if they got into trouble with these people they would try and do the same to anyone. Get information and then leave them, harmed or unharmed she wasn't sure. She stopped in front of them and honked the horn and rolled down the window. "SAYOMI GET IN!!! Kazuki deal with it or let your sister come alone." She said to him.
"You two better behave and no questions until we get to the address." She said and then took off. She closed her eyes for a second and took a deep breath. As an angel, she would stay out of this, as a human and werewolf, she would be all for it. It was in her blood, even if she was told to keep that side locked up unless something happened at the castle. She was going to do whatever it took to help him out, he obviously needed it.
It didn't take her long to get to the building. She was driving pretty fast and in and out of traffic. She parked in an ally way let everyone get out and then put a cover on the car, making it look like it wasn't even there. "Go through that door. Then go left." She said and let them go in first. She looked around to make sure nothing or no one was around when she went in and locked five or six dead bolts. She sighed and walked into the room. Of course it was pretty nice. It had a small sitting room and a bathroom down the hall, then a small kitchen and a fire place. "Make yourselves at home. Do you want anything to drink?" She asked not sitting. She was starved but would wait until later for that. She had a lot of questions and probably a lot of answers for the others.

Sayomi watched the two drive away as her brother pulled her back to their blanket and she sighed, "You know big brother... you really nee..." She was cut off by his outstretched hand. "No, Sayomi, you need to be more careful when you invite yourself into other people's business. You need to understand your duties to the village and the matter of you being a ninja keeps you bound to the village. If you go off on your own your straying from your duties as a ninja and I cannot..." He was then cut off by the sound of screeching tires and a voice calling out to Sayomi. She looked up in response and had to grin. Sure she had been listening to her brother, but seriously, how many times had she heard that speal before? She was already off and running as she jumped into the car, looking back as if challenging him to follow her. Reluctantly he had no choice but to follow them as he too jumped into the car, with an armful of their things.
He was silent the whole way to the place however Sayomi was curious and bouncing around just a bit to see where they were going. he had to calm her with a stern hand, making her think twice about it all and finally settling down but still looking out the window.
As they arrived the two stepped out and Kazuki was the first to open the door and walk inside, with Sayomi right on his tail, laging a bit to wait for Max to join them. Once they were inside and everything was locked she made herself comfortable on one of the couches. Plopping down as Kazuki stood around taking in his surroundings and looking back to Kaori for an explination of all of this.

Maxwell was surprised by the awesome control of the vehicle displayed by Kaori. He held on for dear life, not like it was the first time this happened to him and all. Seeing them speed back towards the two ninjas, Maxwell couldn't help but smile, "You know you didn't have to do this for me. Then again, there was another reason...right?" He grinned at Sayomi, "Hey hon, I told you I'd find you." Maxwell only smirked at Kazuki, being the playful butt he always was.
"Same for you Mr.Kazuki."
When the group arrived at the address, Maxwell quickly got of the car. He followed behind Sayomi quietly,
"Looks like Kaori and I have the same taste in buildings." He chuckled a bit to himself and politely sat on the edge of the couch right next to Sayomi.
"Thank you again for helping me...I mean, us out Ms.Kaori. If only my past wouldn't have gotten in the way of our vacation..."
