"Yes, well Salanim and I have experienced very different things these past ine years" said Ikovi dismmiseively "And Salanim isn't so in control of himself as he used to be, get's confused sometimes." Ikovi sighed,Again I have to justify the actions of others...
"I cannot simply kill Salanim, you only saw him when he was out of control, normally he doesn't go after anyone other than the defined enemy. You looked too much like my sister and I think that got to him too much. Anyway, you should be fine as long as you return to the netherworld" finished Ikovi, a slight sense of authority in his voice now, but the majority of it was like a polite suggestion.

Katsumi almost started to feel bad for him at that very moment. Needing to cover up his brothers tracks and take control of him when clearly he can't take care of himself. She rolled her eyes, so much for making friends. Making nice was not in the agenda for the day clearly. Confused? Sure, he was out for the kill regardless of my looks.
"The netherworld?" She laughed a dark laugh, "Ha, as if I'd want to return there when I had so much trouble trying to escape." She looked away a distant look in her eyes, "I'm not wanted there anyways, I'd rather be out and about, regardless of the dangers that I know oh too well. I have to say though, this happens to be the first time I was attacked because I look so much like someone's sister." She looked back at him and shrugged, "I suppose it can't be helped, but I refuse to return." Least until they drag me back. She thought as she looked back to the jacket wondering now how in the world she would get around. She needed a plan if anything.
She looked back over at him, "Who is this defined enemy anyways?" She was curious to know if it was someone she knew.. she almost wanted to help, but figured that would probably be out of the question. That and what their sister looked like, looking much like her but she must have been older no? She bit her lip in wonder.
(Lol sounds familiar at least, but nonetheless sounds killerish)

"Anything with fangs" Ikovi said boredly "and I think you'll find your own world preferable to this one. I cannot guarantee that my brother will not find you again, I am not always with him, he usually travels alone. Besides I don't think you'll make it very long all the way out here with that rash behavior. Earth is a land of many wars." finished Ikovi, somewhat darkly.
The guards still didn't relax, but the Corporal did reposition so that he was closer to Ikovi. Obviously if this girl was going to attack she was going to attack Ikovi, she had completely blown off the other four people in the room. Besides that she wasn't very hostile anymore, and there might still be forces looking for Ikovi in this area, even after they had already fought with the main elements here. He had to stay close to Ikovi, just in case.

Fangs? She sighed, didn't she have fangs? Well not exactly in the way a vampire would, but her teeth were more so pointed and sharp than a regular human being. She shrugged it off and glared at him, "What are you my father?" She laughed, "Oh thats right, if you were I would have killed you by now, but that's impossible. My mother already killed him, stupid human he was." She blew off some steam before coming back. "Look I don't really care in the matter, if he does find me then i'll just get ahead of him." She shrugged, knowing that going back was not going to happen.
She watched as one guard moved closer and sighed, "Well look at you, a;; protective over your master." She laughed, "As if I'm that much of a threa now." Sh looked to her arms that held the jacket tight around her figure. "Look, I'm not here to fight. We bumoed into each other in the cemetary and he brought me to you when he found it was his own fault and I had no other person to turn to." She didn't look up as she spoke, "I figured I should accept his help but nothing else. I'll leave as soon as one of you can find me something suitable to cover up what you've 'fixed'." She said now looking up to see what he would say.
(O.o ooooooh.... nope... odd though I wonder where I've heard it before.. )

Ikovi ran is fingers through his hair, So many obstinate people... I wonder what my chances of knocking her out are, then I could just toss her back where she belongs...
'Whats this about killing your father?" asked Ikovi, disrearding, rather rudely, the rest of her speech.
starting to get fed up with this girl, should have just kept her out and dumped her back where her kind belongs. If she goes free she'll be killed, even if it's not by Ikovi. I bet if I could just touch her I could cut the bloodflow to her brain, not that there can be much right now, and that'll put her out, won't know a thing...

Katsumi looked him over, rude much... she sighed, "What is it to you if my mother killed off my father?" She asked matching his tone, she woulden't let up so easily. She sighed, "He was a human, that's about as much as you need to know on the matter." She said though she could see he wasn't even caring about what she said, he looked more or less a bit agitated with her questions. All the better, she had a tendency to stick to people like she was just now. It makes it harder for them to get rid of her because in the time she talks to them she tried to find out everything she can about them. Shall she wish to escape she'd have the advantage. Only to find that it could go either way, also having the tendency to give out too much information on herself. She always found a way to make it work though.
"My mother always told me, well taught me rather to steer clear of the human race. Aside from a few being in the netherworld everyone despises the race considering they have something we don't. A life, the will to breath, a warm heart.." She shrugged, "You get the picture I'm sure, it was only unfortuinate that my mother had to fall in love with one of these beings and had me."

Ikovi listened to the girl, he was tempted to tell the guards to take a seat and relax, but he knew even if he did do that, not only would it be a stupid thing to do, but his guards might not do it. Or just sit in a circle around me, making this position even more awkward...
Anyway, it didn't matter, Ikovi would end this petty conversation in a few seconds "Now, now, I'm human and you don't hate me." said Ikovi moving forward, the guards almost gave audible sighs at the movement.
"I can't imagine that you hate an entire race over just that" he said, trying to put on the genuine smile like Salanims, but failed, a man with a plan simply could smile like that.
Ikovi reached his hand out, aiming to rest it in a consoling position on her shoulder...

Katsumi looked over to him as she felt him growing closer, seemingly wishing to console her. "I don't want your pity." She said adjusting herself just out of his reach. "I'm not saying I do, why do you think it is I play with them before?" She shook her head, "I haven't found many humans that I have liked. After seeing what he did to my mother I tend to hate most all of them. Men in particular, but I know thats wrong as well.. because that would mean I hate men in general, which isn't the case." She sighed, almost wishing for that hand now, who was she kidding she was never going to belong anywhere if she continued with this attitude.
She moved back into his reach after a second of thinking it over, "Look, i don't mean to be a pest, I just want to find the place I belong in." She looked to her hands again, "It's not fair to be disregarded for almost your whole life, only having a mother to bring you up the best she can even if she did faulter just a bit. I don't blaim her of course, but what's done is done. Their only looking for me because I'm half human, seemingly kicked me out if they wished to, i bet my mom's in hiding as well." She shrugged, "I won't go back." She said with a sad, distant look in her eyes.

d**nit thought Ikovi as she pulled away Stupid son of a, always being so stupid, why can't you just do what your supposed to. He let his hand falled, almost looking disappointed, he would have to get her out of his hair another way. She moved back into his reach, Alright there we go...
He took a few seconds while she gave him even more of her life story, Yeah. Yeah. Your life's a tragedy, we all know. Then she spoke of wanting to fit in and not having anywhere else to go, and at this moment whatever emotion it was that made people want to exploit other people arose in Ikovi.
"Fit in you say? You wouldn't be interested in doing something for me would you" he said in an openly conniving voice, Salanim still thinks she's my sister, the men won't talk and Vampires have worked with devils before...

Katsumi's gaze lifted from her fold arms to look to Ikovi once again. Her eyes were questioning as she wondered what he could possibly want her to do. "A favor?" She questioned as she thought it over, what would be in it for her? She paused.. she had already been paid. She owed him.. right?
She mauled it around in her mind a bit before speaking again. "I suppose I could agree. Though call me obviously curious as to know what you have in mind." She wished to know what he was planning before she rushed into things again, for all she knew this could be a trap. So long as she were to steer clear of his brother she should be alright, but one thing was for sure, she wasn't about to let either of them get the best of her. "You are willing to tell me, correct?"

"Why of course, but I have to ask that you accept before I give you all of the details on what I want you to do." Ikovi took a deep breath "I want you to join the ranks of the vampires, and well, you know what espionage is right?" finsihed Ikovi, aware that his guards were smiling.
His Corporal actually muttered "Exploited" in a sing song voice that clearly said this was not something that was rare for Ikovi.
And I smell a severe chewing-out for a certain Corporal. That may have just ruined my cahnce at his, you don't tell someone that your exploiting them...

Katsumi's mouth almost dropped open, "Join the ranks of those filthy beings? Those blood sucking idiots?" She galred at him as her grip tightened even more so. "And what if I refuse?" She asked avoiding his eye contact now. She knew that she may have no choice in the matter, but she could also sort of see where this was leading to. They needed someone in their ranks that would be able to pull it off. She had her doubts if they would even care if she were to be found out and perish in the mean time.
Perhaps she'd even fake her own death, who knew.. and who really cared. She slumped down a bit, she wasn't happy on the matter that they wanted to use her. Did she really have a choice though? She growled silently to herself, "Curse those blood sucking fools." She mumbled, and curse the matter I even look a smidgin like them. She felt like tearing herself up, void of all the things that resembled the vampire race.

Ikovi looked taken aback for a split second, he though she had been talking about his guards, as being their spy would mean joining his ranks as well. I wonder why I thought that. Well I mean they act like complete morons in their down time, and I never found any of the masturbation and racist jokes very funny, but still...
"Well you do have the option of refusing, but then I just go back my earlier suggestion, that you return to your own world" said Ikovi, this time making it obvious that he fully intended to force her.
As with most of Ikovi's statements this was made at exactly the right moment, in the exact right way. For at this exact moment Ikovi's main force entered the cave. The four other guards relaxed and fell back, the privates and corporals talking to thier friends after Ikovi told them they could leave.
Now all of Ikovi's most senior and skilled officers stood around him. Not only were these officers skilled and experienced, but they also looked it, all wearing similar clothing to what Ikovi had been wearing, but which was now worn by Katsumi.
"Ah. Yes, Lieutenant, Katsumi was just considering becoming our spy, in return for the favor I've done her" he said formally, smiling at Katsumi.

Katsumi glared at him, she haden't forgotten the earlier "suggestion" Whihc more or less wasn't about to happen, though he seemed quite serious on the matter now. Either way she would lose it seemed, how could she possibly benifit out of either senerio? Easy, she couldn't. She was upset now, but she calmed herself, seeing as being angry would get herself no where.
She took in a deep breath but let it out quickly as there was movement from the mouth of the cave. Her eyes were a bit wide, great more humiliation... just what I need at a time like this. She sighed and looked away, feeling more coming closer as the others fell back, she chanced a look up at the newcomers. What have I gotten myself into? She asked herself as she looked them over, they looked much like Ikovi.
She looked back as Ikovi started to speak, considering.. as if I have a choice in the matter. She thought grimly, "Look, I'm not all into this spy business, or what not." She paused, "But seeing as you guys need someone I may consider." She looked around, the thought of being the only female in their opperations dawned on her. If this be the case what would happen to her? Would she just set out without anything? Or would they take care of her, and not feed her to the dogs.. she looked back to the newcomers. "I have a few conditions if you really wish for this to happen." She said sounding very upset on the matter, but trying to hide it slightly.
(Aww man, poor Katsumi, so much for a life. Lol)

Ikovi nodded, the four officers listened carefully to the corporal talk "And then she woke up and the CO was trying to get her back when he decided she could help us. That's about when you came" finished the corporal, bowing slightly as he was dismissed by one of the sergeants.
The officers looked up, one smoothing his uniform over for a second when Ikovi spoke "Of course we will make sure your properly outfitted for the mission, and because your not a formal member of our core your safety will take precedence" I know it's underhanded, but sometimes winning the war fast is the best way to preserve lives.
Anyways, she shouldn't die on this one lest she be a complete idiot, they'll suspect we have a devil on our side. Let alone she doesn't even look like one we could our hands on, if Salanim wasn't there I'd take her back to see my wife, she always wanted a daughter...
