The Search for Mother Nature

[Krisseh!]

Isy looked around, she was trying to see if she could find Mother Nature, but had this weird feeling they were in the wrong place. She then looked at Akemi, she's never heard him talk like this, it surprised her. She thought he would act a little different. "Um... Can I just go...?" She whispered to Akemi, she wanted to go and see if she could do anything with Mother Nature, she knew she had to be around here somewhere. She was still nervous to even ask anything, but she didn't want to sit there and watch them bicker, she had enough with it. She wanted to get this d*mn mission over with, and prove Akemi wrong.

[Da Chey~!]

"I will not leave, but accompany you. Otherwise, we both risk exposure..." Skye grinned deviously. "I would like to meet Mother Nature myself, and nothing you say will make me leave. We are both curious on finding her. You have your reasons, and I have mine..." He carelessly stretched, wrapping an arm around Flonne and smiling as he gazed at her. "Am I right, Miss Flonne?"

[Overlord Starr]

Flonne was simply watching the conversation until Skye wrapped his arm around her. She was caught by surprise, but as soon as she noticed who it was, she quickly smiled nonchanantly with a nod, "Hmmhm!" She giggled, "The more the marrier!" She shouted joyfully, not at all sure what they wanted to do. She looked up at Akemi, "R-right...S-seraph-sama?" She held puppy dog eyes, without even knowing it, and she folded her hands at her heart, adding more effet without her notice.

Akemi looked down at Isy who was growing itchy and wanted to go off on her own. "I forbid it." He growled, "You'll get lost, for all we know she's not even at this castle. She changes location every day for that matter, it's like finding a needle in a haystack! This mission was not only stupid, but impossible." He glared at Skye now, "Who said you were to aid us in our search? As far as i'm concerned this mission is over. No go back to the dark dreary place you call home and leave us at once!" He snapped. He was sick of all this nonsence and wanted nothing more than to go home and get some rest. He was all worked up and it seemed as if nothing would calm him down. NOt even looking at Flonne as he stormed past them all. He wanted nothing to do with any of them, he didn't have a stinking choice to come here and he didn't want to even see Mother Nature after this long becuase he knew he would chew her out.

"So, you're going to give up?! Does that mean you're a failure?!" She called back at him, she started to run towards him. "Just because you run into him, doesn't mean you have to give up!" She said, pointing to Skye, "You wanted to see her, they why not find her! So what if it's a needle in a haystack!" She said, taking off and stopping in front of him, she was sick of this, it was one thing after another. "You do nothing but sit, take a little bit of action and then give up! What if we had to go to war, then what will you do. Hmmm?!!?" She said, glaring at him. She hated men for this reason, they would decided on one thing, and then change their minds. "Fine, go home. I'll find her by myself!" She said, threating him, she knew she was going to regret it later, her life was on the line already, but she wanted to prove him wrong, she knew that he was, he just wanted to sit high on his throne and say he was right.

Skye snickered softly; his plan all along had been to make him angry. Ticking off the angels only added to his fun. He now turned to Flonne, ignoring what Akemi had said. "How 'bout I take you to eat? A darling such as yourself doesn't deserve to starve, nor be treated so rudely by the one who was supposed to take you in. Tell you what, you can stay under my wing for awhile..." Ignoring anything else Akemi or Isy said, Skye gently guided Flonne away.

Skye is really serious about dinner for Flonne. ^^ He can be a gentleman at times. And, he just fed, so that rules out him drinking her blood, JSYK.

Akemi snapped, aggrivated Isy was working it up to be more than it was. He was about to turn when she landed infront of him. "Look, I've had enough of your attitude, drop the matter here or you will be punished. If she wanted to be found she would be here. Its clear she's not and the other two castles are hours, maybe even days from here. I'm not wasting my time here any longer, who knows what you know who is up to in my throne. And if I have to listen to that man's voice anymore i'm going to lose it." He growled not caring what she thought of him. He paused fuming angry now he didn't even turn to look at the two. "I should have known better than trust you." He growled pushing past her, "It's of no concern to you what I do with this war matter either. I confided in you and we've found and proved nothing." He continued to walk, "If you stay here I refuse to take you back, good luck telling that to your parents, she fallen and is grounded. Mother nature can have you for all I care." He growled hearing Skye's remark he snapped his wings spreading and he was in the air within seconds, He landed infront of the two. "Just exactly who are you trying to pi** off?" He growled, "You should know the matter that is needeing to be attended to. Mother Nature is no where to be found, I'm down here ton a stupid goose chase and she's no where to be found. I'm sick and tired of this crap, being lead here and there over somebodies word." He glared at him, "Did you come to give me a gift? Or perhaps you were going to try anything to see me.. amuse me."

Skye grimaced, easily shoving his way past Akemi. "Excuse your rude actions, Akemi. I am just as ticked as you, but when you get angry over the stupidest things done, I cannot help but to laugh. You are only a child in my perspective, Akemi. One who needs to be taught the way of life. There is no need for you to abandon the ones who respect you. Even heartless ba*tards such as myself don't leave our kind. Now, I am taking someone to dinner. Move." His voice was just as fierce as he strode past Akemi, -c-

-c- gripping Flonne's hand in his own. In a way, as far as ego and hatred, Skye towered above them all at his height of 6' 7". His golden eyes burned ahead, striding along casually, Flonne at hand still. -d-

Akemi glared at the back of his head as he pushed past him, that was no answer. He closed hs eyes, "Be that as it may I don't see you tagging along to finish what you started." He said as he calmed himself, maybe he was overreacting. He must have looked like a complete idiot compaired to him. He heard the anger in his voice and yet he continued to keep his calm composure. That ba*tard, did he realy think he could critisize him like that? It was uncalled for and he.. Akemi sighed. This crap was useless, he was overreacting and he needed to realize that. He frowned and turned back to Isy, once back at her side he bowed, "Accept my appology, I have been so completly stressed over this war matter I have lost myself in my anger. I can't stay here much longer, I just want to return back home and de stress." He closed his eyes as he leaned and slumped down the side of a tree to the ground.

Flonne smiled happily. She had took the hand holding as a gesture of friendship, and simply followed Skye until Akemi jumped in. She looked at the two in confusion, "...S-serph-sama?...S-sir?" She stammered politely, but childishly. She glanced worringly at Akemi and then at Skye as if looking for help, or wondering what was wrong.

Isy looked at him, she wanted to cry. She didn't want to stay here, were it seemed like it was harder to live here than back at home. She took a deep breath and calmed herself. "I should be the one say sorry." She said, curtsying. "We can go if you want... I guess I'll let my parents know what my punishment is when you tell me." She said taking her jacket off and walking, she wanted to go home. She was slightly homesick and wanted to curl up in a ball and cry. She didn't like getting yelled at, she could take it at times, but this time he really hurt her. He threatened to leave her here and not care what her parents said. "Lets just go home..." She said, taking off. She flew, not really caring if he followed, if he didn't then she would stop and wait for him. But at the moment, the only thing she could do, was cry. She'd never been so hurt. "Jerk.... He's just.... A jerk..." She kept telling herself. She did stop, it was in a tree. She sat there and cried.

Akemi never looked up, he already knew the worst had passed on his part. Now he just had to get to her, and make everything sink in. He should have known to come down to the Earth at this point. Not only did he place his own life on the line, Isy's and the Heaven's were on the line too. He should have never come down, what madee him do so anyways? he sighed as he looked up just in time to see her flying off. He had to follow her, if he didn't she may get hurt. Regardless of what he were to say her parents would be hurt ifhe were to leave her, or something should happen to her. He sighed and stood up, brushing himself off he looked over his shoulder with a nasty yet saddened look at Skye and spread his wings. He picked up her trail easily as he found her crying her eyes out at the foot of a tree. He landed infront of her and kneeled to her side. "If you wish to slap you then i'll allow it." He whispered, chancing a hand on her shoulder. "I've brought you through to much down here, your punishment is lifted. I'll explain to your parents that it was just a small vacation from home." He sighed lightly as he took hold of her chin lightly and lifted it so she would look at him, "Don't be mad at me.. you should know I overreact at the drop of a feather." He smiled a small smile.

Isy couldn't stop, she was so upset with him. Then she heard him say that she could slap him. She sniffled and was not forced to look at him. When she looked at him, her eyes were red from crying, then she glared at him and slapped him, "YOU DESERVE IT!" She said, getting up and walking away from him. "You may be a king, but you have to act like one... Sometimes I wonder if you're the child or if I am." She said, looking at him. Now she felt bad, she'd never slapped someone before, it was different. She kind of wanted to say sorry, but didn't. She had the right and permission to slap him, so she wasn't about to go back on it. "Should we go home now?" She asked, looking up at the sky, it was starting to get dark, and if they didn't get back to Heaven, then they could have some problems. And a big part of her wanted to go see Hideaki. She had to smile at that, he was so gorgeous, cute, and had a great smile. She found herself blushing now, she turned away so that Akemi couldn't see her. "Lets just go... I miss home..." She said, turning back to him, still cleaning herself up.
