Foxy cringed lightly as he cleaned her wound, it stung but it wasn't aweful. She shook her head, "It only knicked it, it burned when it happenebut it's alright now." She whispered blushing as he returned her lick. "Good.. I didn't want to see you get hurt by acting foolishly now." She smiled a small smile, shaking her head after that, "No.. you need to get someplace where they can really tend to your wounds." She said nuzzling into his chest she hide her tears, tears of worry and concern. Kaname was hurt, he needed help but what if he coulden't walk? What was she supposed to do?She looked up as he licked her muzzle again, a few tears streamed down her cheeks but she ignored them. "Kaname, there's a hospital back in town, I remember seeing it when we were there." She whispered, "I think I might be able to carry you if I change to a human." She was ready to try anthing to help him out. She even stood up ready to change but waited to see what he would say. She didn't want to be useless in this state, maybe she was the foolish one, but she only did as he had told her to.

He smiled, "I wouldn't do something so foolish." He said, standing up. He whimpered when he did. It hurt to stand on it, "I'll walk in this form, if I turn to my human form... I think we might have a show." He said, looking at the tears running down her cheeks. "Don't cry little one.. I've been through much worse." He cooed, he hated to make her cry. He knew if he could get to the hospital soon, he would be ok. He started to walk, slowly, but walking. He never put that back leg down, it hurt to much. So he was more like limping than walking, but it worked for him. "Come... I'll get there, slowly." He said, perking his ears up at her and wagging his tail, trying to show her that he wasn't going to back down. "I won't make you carry me... That's stupid, and it would make me look like a weakling." He said, lightly chuckling. He may be sweet and gentle, but he wasnt' about to lose his pride. He remembered when he got shot the last time... He was passed out in a cave, hoping to let it heal. He woke up in a bright room, a man... No a vampire standing over him, healing him. But for some reason, he trusted that one, he let him fix him. He shook it off and kept walking, looking over at Foxy to make sure she was ok and not freaking out on him.

Foxy shook her head, "Foolish, Kaname don't be silly, your hurt." He had stood up at that point, she sighed. He was so stuibborn and never at the right moments, she reluctantly stood up and paddded over to him. "At least lean on me." She whispered licking his hide lightly, "I'm not useless and if it shows weakness then so be it, fo all we know that leg is broken. It'll only get worse if you walk on it." She looked up to him with pleading eyes, she was doing her best, but sometimes it didn't seem like enough at times. "I want to help you.. not make you look weak." She said as she turned her head nudging him so he would lean on her with most of his weight as they traveled through the rest of the forest. Thankfully after a bit the hospital came into view, Foxy looked to Kaname seeing the pain in his eyes as he took yet another step. "Just a bit more, you can do it." She whispered.

Kaname finally got there, stopping at the door. He could smell vampires all over this place, he growled, but soon whimpered. He put the slightest presure on his hind leg. He got the door open and walked in. He smelled them everywhere, it bugged him, but if he didn't do something Foxy would be upset. He walked past a room with two of them in it, a male and female. "I can't believe I'm doing this..." He whispered, looking at Foxy. He went up to the desk and lightly barked. "Foxy, turn into your human form... I can't.. Tell her what's going on, then turn back." He said, nudging her. As she did, he kept an eye out, he was ready to fight if he had to, if it meant he had to keep her safe. Then he saw a girl carring a new born girl, she was headed to the room with the vampires. His eyes got wide. "What the H*LL!" He started to move towards the room. He wasn't about to let this go, she was just a child, she wouldn't know what was going on and would be gone before anyone else could stop it. He was in so much pain as he made his way to the room, but as soon as he got there, the door shut in his nose. He whine, and started to scratch at the door. He couldn't move much, he was p*ssed. "LET ME IN!!!!" He yelled. He kept scratching at it, he was going to get them p*ssed and get them to open the door.

Foxy sighed but nodded, "Fine, but stay here." She whispered as she changed back to a human and looked over the desk. "Excuse me.. I have an injured werewolf here.. his leg may be broken." She started to explain the story to the lady behind the counter with a name tag of Emily. She nodded as she listened knowing what was going on not to far behind her. There was going to be trouble and she knew it. She just hoped Turner was ready for it, she typed in all of the information and told Foxy it may be just a bit. Foxy nodded and turned to look at Kaname but gasped. "Where'd he go? Kaname!" She frowned and looked around the whole waiting room but found no one. She finally heard the scratching of a door, "He woulden't." She peered down the hall, sure enough he was there, standing in a puddle of blood. "Kaname.. get over here, your a mess and shoulden't be walking. Don't make me..she stopped, he coulden't understand her in her human form. She changed back and dropped to the floor heading towards him but too fast, her claws lost traction and she slid past him. Nooo.. she thought as he flashed by, she tried to watch where she was going but then a sharp pain rippled through her right side and she yelped. She heard a loud clatter and a few screams, She tried to stand up but coulden't it was dark..what had happened? She blinked as the lights came back and a sheet was lifted from her. She blinked up at a nurse, and winced, the nurse noticed and scooped her up, "You poor dear." She cooed as atohers were picking up the overturned cart, thankfully it was topped with bedsheets. Foxy closed her eyes she knew her side was already bruising, stupid claws. She peered down to find Kaname again, wondering if he saw the embarassing moment of hers.

Kaname heard a voice, but couldn't understand it. Then he saw Foxy fly by. He winced when she ran into the cart. "FOXY! Are you ok?" He said, trying to run to her, but then he triped over a towel, hurting himself even more. "D*mnit!" He yelped. "PUT HER DOWN!" He barked at them, knowing they couldn't understand them. He got up and limped to them, he wasn't going to stay behind, he would deal with the vampires later. "Foxy... Get down!" He said, whinning to her. Then he stopped, his leg was throbbing in pain, he laid down to give himself a break. Then he blacked out, he lost to much blood. He didn't like this, he didn't know what was going on, where Foxy was of if she was ok. He decided to just let it go... He didn't want to fight anymore... 'I'm sorry Foxy.... I love you....' He thought to himself. He wasn't sure if he was going to make it, but he hoped he did.
He was dreaming of her. She was playing with their kids. Laughing, having fun. He was smiling and then started to join in. It was a nice day out, and it was the first snow fall. He loved the snow, it was the same color as him, making it easy for him to get around unnoticed. He started to play with one of them, but when he lost them, he started to look. Then he turned around, Foxy was being held by a vampire, she was limp in his arms. He had blood all over... Kaname attacked, but knew he was to late... His family was gone. He woke up.

The nurse that held Foxy backed away figuring Kaname was going to hurt her. Foxy scrambled to escape her grasp as she heard him calling for her. He had saw, and now she had only worried him more. Idiot. Sh thought as she scrambled free and jumped to the top of the crat then down to the ground, slipping on one of the sheets that hung off the side of the cart and falling. She winced as sher side froze up but she shook it off and raced to Kaname's side, "Kaname!!!! Wake up Kaname!!!!" She shoook her head as she lay it next to his chest, his heart beat was there but it was faint. She did the only thing she could, she changed back to a human and looked around, "Someone get me a stretcher, he's badly wounded!" She said frantically just as Dr. Turner was coming from the reception desk from being summoned. "Is this Kaname?" He asked spooking Foxy, she nmodded as she turned to see him directing the others as the loaded him gently onto the stretcher and werre headed for a room a ways from the vampire's. "Miss.. Foxley..yes?" She nodded, "Foxy is fine.." he cut her off, "I assure you all will be well, stay in the waiting room. I'll send a nurse to check out your side, that was some crash." She blushed but nodded, "I'll call you when we're finished." He said racing down the hallway after Kaname.
She frowned, not wanting to leave his side, but she knew he was a doctor and knew what he was doing. Instead she turned and sat down in one of the chairs, she felt tears coursing down her cheeks. Emily came from behind the desk seeing this and placed a hand on her shoulder. "I should have seen this coming.." Foxy looked up, "Huh?" Emily had a half smile on, "In that room he was sitting at..he must have smelled the vampires." Foxy tensed, she knew how much he hated vampires. "A newborn was just taken into that room, her mother was in bad condition." She said knowing it was confidential information she was giving out but she figured the girl would want to know. Foxy nodded, "So he.. this is all my fault." She said as a new set of tears came, "If he didn't tell me to escape from that hunter, he would have never followed me and Kaname would have never gotten wounded." She shook her head as she hid it in her hands, Emily rubbed her back, "Everything's going to be alright, Dr. Turner is the best doctor around these parts."
Meanwhile, Dr. Turner and his assistant had set to work, surveying the wounded legand cringing as he smelled the silver in the bullet. "Silver, a harmful substannce to vampires and werewolves." He whispered as his assistant nodded, "We must move quickly. Clean the wound, we need to be sure there were no bits lodged into his leg that would stop the wound from healing." They nodded as the other set up and oxygen mask, an IV, and a shot to knock him out. Once everything was set Dr. Turner started, he made a small inscision around the wound, and sent healing spells to his heart to keep it pumping strong. He knew there was a blood clot close to the wounds to stop the flow off blood, and if he didn't clear it the wolf would lose his leg. He wasn't about to let that happen, he cleaned around the wond and searched for fragments of the bullet glad to not find any. He sent healing magic to the blood clot and was relieved to find it was only small and let go almost immediately. The blood was flowing to his leg again and making a mess on the table. Turner closed his eyes and with a deep breath he continued. He finished up around the wound and then started to stich him up. A few hours later the procedure was almost complete.

Kaname felt her, but couldn't get words out. He wanted to... He wanted to tell her that he was gonig to be ok. 'Foxy....' Was all that came to his mind. He now heard footsteps, the picked him up and were moving him. He knew who it was, it was a vampire, but he still felt safe. He heard crying, but couldn't move. He was getting upset. Soon he started to wake up, but only to see people working over him and then he was out again. 'I'll kill him for that...' was the last thought he had about it. He couldn't stop dreaming of Fox, he knew that she was scared and was probably blaiming herself on this one. He didn't want that, he wanted to comfort her, tell her that it's ok. He was starting to wake up, he smelled blood all over, it was his blood. He still couldn't move, or feel pain, but he wanted to know what was going on. "F...Foxy?" He said in a low voice, but he had a funny feeling that no one could understand him. He started to growl, he knew they would understand that. "FOXY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOXY!!!" He kept calling to her, not knowing she wasn't in her wolf form, and he wasn't about to change, it would only make matters worse on the doctor and himself.

Foxy had been called by a nurse after Emily left her to check in some more patients. She brought her to a smaller examination room and told her to change, she did soa and sat down on the bed. The paper crincled underneath her and she smiled, "I don't think it's broken, but we still need to check it out." Came the voice of the nurse and Foxy nodded, she turned to the side that was hit and the nurse opened the dress to check it out. "Oh goodness, you poor thing. This isn't broken but it's very bruised." Fozy tilted her head to see, she was right, her entire left side was one big bruise. "I didn't think I hit it that hard." She whispered as the nurse touched it gently in a few places asking her where it hurt the most. Once she had finished making notes and what not she frowned, "Unfortunately the places where you suggested hurt the most tells me that you have bruised your ribs. Dr. Turner will be busy with Kaname at the moment but I think he may want to check it out to be sure." Foxy frowned, it did hurt now that she thought of it, but this was least of her worries, Kaname may not live.. that was her concern.
Her ears perked when she heard growling, a few barks too. "Kaname!" She gasped looking at the nurse who was looking at the door in wonder. "They would have knocked him out by now, he must be fighting it." He looked back to Foxy who was smiling, he was alive that's all that mattered. The nurse had to smile, "I hope you don't mind me booking you a room for the time being." Foxy shook her head, "No, but as long as we go by the room and I can tell him to calm down, I assure you it will help him out." The nurse smiled, "You must realy like him." Foxy blushed and nodded slowly as she changed to her wolf form, the dress shrunk to fit as the nurse picked her up. She could hear him now, he was yelling her name. She smiled hang on Kaname, she thought as the nurse picked her up gingerly and walked down the hallway. His pleas were growing louder and they came to the room. The door was closed but all she needed was one bark. She cleared herthrought as the nurse stopped to wait. "Kaname, calm yourself. Stop fighting the doctor, I'm fine. please." She barked once the smiled up at the nuirse to signal her everything was okay and they continued to a room. She placed her on the bed and she changed back, the dress changing to fit her again. "I'll never get used to that." The nurse said as she smiled at her, "I'm sure the doctor will be with you shortly." She said and left, closing the door lightly behind her.
Meanwhile Turner noticed that Kaname was beginning to wake, he was almost finished anyways so that was fine. He noticed he started to move around making the end a bit difficult and he frowned knowing he coulden't understand him while he was human and Kaname was in his wolf form. He placed a hand on his shoulder light;ly, unsure of how to calm him, he had heard of the vampire/werewolf war and knew of the dangers in the room a bit down the hallway. "Kaname.. I know you can't hear me b.." He stopped as a bark came from the opposite side of the door, it sounded like a puppy bark, but he knew who it was. He looked down at Kaname wondering what she had said to him, with a bit of luck it would be enough to calm him and let them finish. They needed to clean him and the mess up as well.

Kaname kept barking, he wanted to Foxy and to get out of here. He growled even deeper when the doctor put his hand on him, he was ready to snap at him when he heard her. "Foxy..." He whined, come back... Don't leave. He thought, but he soon closed his eyes and just laid there, letting them finish up. He couldn't keep his mind off of her. Was she hurt, did they take care of her, is she worried? They kept going through his mind, he wanted to see her and get out of here. Of course, that would be after he took care of the bloodsuckers in the other room. He growled as that thought came to his mind, he couldn't believe they brought that little girl in there, not even old enough to do anything to save herself.
As soon as he knew they were done, he changed to his human form. "Back off..." He snapped. He didn't like it here, it was... He wasn't sure what it was, it wasn't any normal hospital. He looked at his leg, it slightly hurt, but ignored it. He looked around, then he looked back at Dr. Turner, "Is she alright...?" He asked, trying to be polite now, but he didn't like being in a room full of vampires. "Thank you... I didn't think it was that bad, but I guess I was wrong." He said in a whisper. He wanted to go and see Foxy and reassure her that he was ok. Now he was starting to go back to himself, and felt bad for snapping at all of them, they were only trying to help him and keep him alive. He sighed, "Can I go see her?" He asked politely, giving them a sorry look for snapping.

Dr. Turner watched as Kaname relaxed, he owed Foxy one when everything was done. He kept calm as Kaname continued to freak out, but on a smaller scale. He could see he wanted to snap at him and his assistants more than once. Once he finished he watched as he chnged back to his human form and he motioned for his asstiatants to back off. "Kaname, I understand you are only concerned or Foxley. You need to understand you need to stay calm.I have yet to find out what is going on with her. The note I recieved tells me her little slip was more than it looked like." He paused stepping closer, "Not only that I assure you if you take one step out of line here I will be forced to hold you back. The vampires you smelled are here strictly for means of curing. The baby I assume you saw is theirs, I helped her out by granting her life to be saved, they are not to be messed with. You need to promise me that before we go to see Foxley." He was almost growling but he was calm, "I assure you she is waiting to see you are alright, I know you are strong, and stubborn but you need to know this is our second meeting. You may not remember me but you need to listen, your in my hospital and you need to follow my rules here." His assitants had finished unhokking the Iv from Kaname while they were talking and nodded that he was all set. The other took out a single crutch, "Now, you must stay off that for a week or more, the less you are on it the faster it will heal." He handed it to him and awaited for his promise to go see Foxy.
Foxy was glad Kaname had seemed to have quieted down, she looked over at her side again and sighed. She was foolish to have done that, she should have known she would have had no traction on the slick floors. She frowned and winced as she touched her side. She opened thr dress, only in her underwear underneath it. It was the first time she really looked it over, she could see the metal bar imprint and the rest was black and blue. She tapped on it lightly, the imprint, and winced even more. She looked up as she heard a soft knock on the door, and closed the dress the best she could. "Come in." She called as the nurse walked back in, "Foxy, Dr. Turner has just finished with Kaname, they should both be coming to see you in a few minutes." She said with a bright smile, Foxy smiled back, "Thanks." She nodded and left again.

Kaname wasn't happy that he had to promise him. He nodded, he wasn't about to get into more trouble than he already was. His eyes got wide when he said he had to stay off of his leg for a week or more, "You do know how hard that's going to be for a werewolf." He growled, but soon changed his attitude. He shook his head, he got himself in a big mess. "I'll obey your rules." He said, taking the crutches and standing up. He was still uneasy, but then the doctor said something. "No, I remember... To clearly." He said, looking at him with his deep gold eyes. "I still have respect for you, I was on my last breath when I came to you, and I wasn't happy a vampire was working on me at that time either, but I'm glad you saved me." He said, walking out the door and going to Foxy. He remembered it all to clearly. He got cornered by hunters, they were all around him, he had three sliver bullets in his side and one in his right front leg, or just his right. He shook it off.
He got to the door and knocked, waiting for her to let him in. He wasn't going to push his luck. Once she let them in, he looked at her. "Hey..." He said softly, his ears perked up and his tail was slightly wagging. "I'm better, swore, but better." He said, going over to her and kissing her cheek. He looked at Dr. Turner and then Foxy. "Was I really that bad to them?" He asked her. He was remembering yelling at them and for her. He felt bad, he wasn't one to misbehave. He sat in a chair and waited for the doctor to look over Foxy. He hoped she was in better condition then he was, he was stupid to do what he did. He could smell the vampire couple down the hall. He was half tempted to go and take care of it, but he knew if he did, then he would be in the dog house for weeks. He wasn't about to hurt Foxy or himself again. He looked around the room, it was bright, but it was relaxing.

Foxy smiled to herself as she heard the knock as the nurse let Kaname and the doctor in. She looked him over, aside from being on crutches he looked better. "Hi." She said blushing, as he made his way over and kissed her cheek. "At leats your alive." She whispered as a stray tear strolled down her cheek but she smiled, more greatful than anything to see he was better because of the doctor. She looked over to the doctor who was moving closer to her. "Miss Foxley, how is your side hunny?" She smiled a small smile. "It's sore, but the.." He stopped her, "So i've heard, can I have a look at it?" He asked as he was next to her, she nodded and loosened her grip on the dress and he took hold of it. Unfortunately Kaname was in the right position to see it all. "What an interesting bruise." He whispered looking at the imprint of the metal bar. "May I?" He asked and she nodded, wincing as he traced the bruise, the imprint and each rib. He nodded when he finished and placed the dress in her hand again so she could cover up. "I see. Well it seems she was correcxt when she called three of your ribs badly bruised. He looked over her clipboard that she left at the end of the bed, making notes here and there. "Unfortunalty my magic has nothing on bruising, I can however make a healing potion to help out in the slightest. It will help ease the pain and make it easier to get around. Though even yet, with those bruises it may be a long while before they disappear completly." He looked to Kaname, "I assume you will take care of her as she will of you correct?" He asked eyeing him a bit suspiciously but knowing he would. Foxy looked to Turner, "Does that mean I can go? I'd hate to have to lay here bedriden or something." Turner smiled looking back at her, "Yes you are able to go, but you do need to rest, as do you Kaname." He smiled, "But I assure you that you will both be back to your old ways in no time." He stood up ready to leave the two alone as he waited to see if they had any questions, Foxy stayed quiet.

He smiled at Foxy, "I'm going to hate this... But I thank you very much Turner. You've saved my life twice now. I owe you." He said softly, then he went back to Foxy. He hugged her lightly, on her good side. He then kissed her for head. "Yes, I'll make sure to keep her and myself out of trouble for the next couple of weeks." He said, giving her a smile. He was glad she was ok, and that he was still alive. Even thought Dr. Turner was a vampire, he was good at wait he does. "I do have a question before you go. How long is it until I can change to my wolf form?" He asked lightly. He didn't mind being in his human form, but he would get weird looks after a while, with his tail and ears showing. He couldn't hide them very well. He gave up on trying to be the tough guy now, he had no choice but to look like a pup again, getting himself hurt and such. "You would think I would learn from the first time, huh?" He said, slightly laughing at himself. He shook his head, he was being a stubborn mutt, he had to say it. "How much do I owe you in cash though?" He asked, knowing he wasn't about to walk out on his check this time. He still couldn't stop remembering the last time he was in here. He was young, stubborn, and stupid. He got into a fight with some other werewolves, but soon they gave up and he found himself in the forest, alone, and surrounded with hunters, shooting every direction. He was barely alive when he walked in those doors, but he had made it. He had three in his chest, two in his front paw, and he was seeing blobs everywhere. Blood was all over the place, but he woke up to find himself still alive and was on his way to recovery. He snapped out of the dream and came back to the present. He waited for the doctor to tell him how much, he was ready to pull it out of his pocket, either cash or check.

Foxy sat still as she looked at the two, her side ached a bit more now that it had been poked a few times. She looked around forgetting where she left her clothes, she frowned wondering what she could do now. She looked up when Kaname said this was the second time the doctor had saved him. "Second time?" She asked tilting her head to the side as he leaned over to hug and kiss her. She winced lightly just from the lack of having a hug since the incident not from pain. Dr. Turner smiled, "To be fully sure, I would think a week, but I know that's stretching it for you. You'd rather look more of a wolf than a weird human if i'm correct." He smiled, "As long as you have Foxy check the wound first, I would hate to see you back here after only a few short days. I know how you work, and seeing you here this second time really doesn't surprise me. Not that I'm saying that's bad, but your earning your trust.. an honest trait to have." He looked him over as he spoke of payment terms, "I'll tell you what, if you treat me to dinner at the end of today all will be well. Is that alright with you?" He knew it would be far more expensive than they could afford, though Kaname was stubborn he was just as bad. He didn't like taking money, being a very rich doctor himself, he had no need for it. As far as the meal would go, unlike most vampires regular food was alright for him. A human meal would suffice him for a day as opposed to blood, he would be alright with that matter. Foxy looked to Kaname, that sounded like fun. She smiled until there was a knock on the door, the nurse that had helped out Foxy earlier entered. "Do eccuse my intrusion." She said as she walked in with a bag and she winked at Foxy, "You ma want these back." She giggled as Foxy opened the bag to reveal her cloths and she sighed in relief, "Thanks, I was looking for them." She said as she giggled before the nurse left.
